Facility statistics cover jails by detention authority and sex of adult/juvenile inmates; number of confinement units, beds, and inmates by confinement unit use; confinement space; planned changes in jails and cost; expenditures; and number and type of jail programs and operations address work release and weekend sentence programs, exercise activities, medical screening and assessments, medical physical exams, and medical facilities and personnel. 18 tables and questionnaire
